Diane brings more than two decades of professional experience in client satisfaction and company goal achievement to MD Energy Advisors. She is responsible for the oversight of a team of retail energy efficiency analysts, while also supporting the growth and expansion of PSEG New Jersey energy efficiency products.

She manages and works in conjunction with product analysts to provide education and information about PSEG’s products in over 500 retail locations throughout the PSEG service territory; ensuring that products are accurately priced; that retail locations understand product benefits and best practices for selling products to consumers; and assisting consumers with understanding potential savings opportunities.

Prior to joining MDEA, Diane managed operations, as well as client services for several companies; including Realogy, where she handled corporate awards and recognition programs for approximately 360 offices and 12,000 sales associates for domestic and international affiliates. 

She also held several positions in business and consumer services with Verizon Communications over a storied career with the company. Before joining the workforce, Diane pursued a Bachelor of Arts from the College of New Rochelle in Psychology.
