Marvin is a forward thinking customer experience leader with proven expertise coaching and driving performance in multiple market sectors, including health, telecommunications and media. He is an integral member of the MD Energy Advisors team responsible for sourcing new, replacement, and upgraded outdoor lighting opportunities on behalf of Baltimore Gas & Electric. 

In his role, he markets to potential clients and builds relationships within and across industries using a multifaceted approach, including outbound sales calls, client presentations, email marketing campaigns and other outreach efforts. Marvin also builds and maintains relationships with professional organizations and trade allies, as well as tracks state, local and federal energy incentive programs, and policy to advance business development.

Prior to MDEA, Marvin held sales, marketing, and leadership roles at such industry leaders as Comcast NBC Universal, where for several years he was recognized as his regional department's Top Performer (2017-2021) and First Choice Health Company.

He holds numerous certifications, including Customer Success Management, and is currently working towards a certification as a Professional Scrum Master. Marvin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing with a concentration in eMarketing Studies from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
