Sarah brings vast experience in energy efficiency, conservation and savings calculations, and mechanical design, as well as a commitment to excellence and creativity to her role at MD Energy Advisors. She is responsible for supporting program implementation for Georgia Power’s commercial energy efficiency programs.

Sarah is a critical member of the team, coordinating with colleagues and clients to develop strategies to influence the market and increase participation in programs. She also provides technical assistance and guidance on energy efficient technologies and practices, and conducts on-site energy assessments; analyzing the energy performance of commercial buildings to determine cost-effective energy efficiency upgrades.

Prior to joining MDEA, Sarah was an energy engineer at CLEAResult in Atlanta, a Georgia Power implementation partner. Her accomplishments there include the completion of over 100 technical reviews across various commercial office and distribution buildings, municipalities, educational and professional sports facilities, airports, and hospitals.

In addition to her technical, creative, and interpersonal skills, Sarah holds dual degrees. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics, Spanish Minor from Berry College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
